How To Hide/Unhide Folder/File Using Command Prompt?

If You Are Using Or Searching For A Software To Hide Files And Now You Got A Method For Hiding Files/Folders Without Any Software. By Using Command Prompt You Could Hide All Your File/Folders In A Fraction Of Minutes .

  • Press ‘Win +R’ To Open Run Command
  • Type ‘Cmd’ To Open Command Prompt

  •  In Command Prompt Type The Drive Letter With Colon (Eg: C: Or D: Or E: Etc)  Were The File Is Present And Press Enter

  • In Case The Folder Is On The Drive D: And Folder Name Is New Folder
  • Now Type As ‘Attrib +S +H D:New>Folder’ And Press Enter  (Use (>) For Space)

  • And To Unhide The Folder Start Over From First And Type ‘Attrib –S –H D:New>Folder’ As Your Replacing The ‘+’ By ‘-‘  And Press Enter
